HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production plus 5–10 business days for shipping. Custom orders may take 7–10 business days to produce before shipping.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the handcrafted and digital nature of our products all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days at XadenCraftss@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL PRODUCT?
Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Visit our Custom Order page or send us a message at XadenCraftss@gmail.com with your vision and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please contact us immediately at XadenCraftss@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will make it right.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not started. Contact us as soon as possible at XadenCraftss@gmail.com
