All sales are final. CadenCrafts does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Because every lamp is handcrafted and made-to-order, each piece is unique and cannot be resold. Please read all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, email us at xadencraftss@gmail.com — we're happy to help.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishandling, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage and the packaging
We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for verified defects. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery are not eligible.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange to send the correct item at no cost to you.
PREORDERS
All preorder purchases are final at the time of purchase. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after an order is placed. See our Preorder Policy for full details.
